It’s not often that we see a fight on the field break out in the NFL with the cheerleaders running to the scrum.
This happened during Sunday’s NFC Championship Game. A species.
After the Eagles jumped out to a 31-point lead in the fourth quarter, a scuffle broke out between the Eagles and Vikings players. This was right after a score, so the Eagles cheerleaders ended up on the field for the “Fly, Eagles Fly” routine.
For a brief moment, however, it looked like the cheerleaders were running to join the fray.
NFL fans noticed the odd moment as well.
For half a second I thought the Eagles cheerleaders were running out to join the fray…and I wasn’t surprised.

Eagles Cheerleaders are clearly not concerned about a fight.

But no, the cheerleaders weren’t joining the fray. They continued their routine as if the fight had not happened at all.
