College and high school cheerleading teams have been integrated for years. But NFL cheerleaders were always only women (aside from some male stuntmen) until 2018. That’s the year cheerleaders Quinton Peron and Napoleon Jinnies examined the L.A. team. Rams cheerleading, formed the team and led the way for other men to follow.
