JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Jaguars claimed OL Wes Martin off waivers from the New York Giants and DE/OLB Rashod Berry off waivers from Detroit, the team announced today. Also, the club has waived K Matthew Wright.
Martin was originally drafted by Washington in the fourth round of the 2019 draft. He has played in 32 games over his three-year career, spending two seasons in Washington and most recently with the Giants. The West Milton, Ohio, native attended Indiana University.
Berry originally signed with New England as an undrafted free agent in 2020. After playing in three games during his rookie season with the Patriots, he played in five contests with Detroit in 2021. The Lorain, Ohio native attended at Ohio State University.
