MITCHELL – Through preparations for the Capitol Project for Mitchell Community Schools, Terry Cole Field is ready for Football and Soccer games to continue.

While the park is being completed, MCS is hosting a Community Night to celebrate the new park with a tailgate where Board Members will be grilling burgers and hot dogs that will be available for free, at the personal expense of the board members.

Free MHS Football t-shirts, free spirit gear like key lanyards, pom-poms, noise makers, beads, and crazy blue and gold fur will be given away, as well as a chance to register and win two tickets to Upcoming Indianapolis. Colt game.

There will also be photo opportunities as MHS Cheerleader and Football Player cutouts will be on site for fans to take pictures with their favorite players or cheerleaders.

Gates open at 5:30 p.m. where members of the public will be admitted free of charge, enjoy the new pitch and the first football match on the new turf. The game will also see the first Hall of Fame induction during halftime, to commemorate the past with the future. Join the fun and support your community.

Mythéala Community Schools would like to thank the community for all their support for the projects and improvements that are underway throughout the school, and this is a way to celebrate the progress so far with them.
