The “Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team” Season 16 finale airs on CMT on Friday, Nov. 5, at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT). You can also watch the show on Philo.

The series follows the famous dance partners of the football team as they prepare for the upcoming season – from tryouts to on-field performance. The training program, directed by Kelli McGonagill Finglass, provides the women with extensive media training, a range of songs performed throughout the season and the opportunity to compete against others for a place on the competition team.

This week, those who have committed themselves to this competition this season will have to escape the final one. The finalists earned a spot on the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleading squad and will follow the football team through the next season.
