With his impressive stats, the point guard scored 11 points in the home opener against East Stroudsburg North. Final score: Lady Mountaineers, 65, Lady Timberwolves, 33.
Olivia Vinsky, Chevannes of Brittany, and Kaylie Kimler, Sophia Ianconetti, South East Stroudsburg sailing squad
With their fly-overs, stunts and other magic moves, these four teammates lead the squad into championship territory once again.
The 2019, 2021, and 2022 District XI champions placed third (out of 14 teams) in the EPC league competition held in Easton on December 7.
Vatijah Davis, senior, Pocono Mountain West basketball
The star athlete continues to impress.
Davis scored 14 points as the Panthers topped the East Stroudsburg South Cavaliers 49-28 on December 9.

The boys’ squad played a big part in helping their female counterparts in last week’s EPC competition in Easton.
Emmanuel Kenyai, senior, North East Stroudsburg basketball
The point guard was named North’s MVP for his outstanding performance at home when the Timberwolves beat Stroudsburg 70-62 on December 9.
Kyon Coles Jr., freshman, Pocono Mountain West basketball
Coles Jr., scored 13 points in the game against South East Stroudsburg on December 9.
A player to keep an eye on this season, his defensive and offensive moves on the court contributed to the Panther’s 68-43 win over the Cavaliers.
