Binghamton HS cheerleaders host spaghetti dinner

BINGHAMTON, NY (WIVT/WBGH) – After applying for the national competition for the first time, the Binghamton High School cheerleaders are raising money to make the trip possible.

The week-long national event in Florida will cost each athlete about $1,500, said the team, which has already organized a dozen fundraisers.

With less than a month to go until the trip, the team is hosting one final event to meet their fundraising goals; spaghetti dinner.

The dinner will be at Binghamton High School on January 20th from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

A: The dance team is a co-ed team that performs at all home basketball games as well as other events and off-campus events. Styles include hip-hop, funk and jazz.
