A CHEER shared with you a key part of her daily game routine that shocked people at how simple it is.
She showed viewers the step-by-step process of covering her tattoos with smudge-proof makeup.
Anyssa Suprenant is a hairstylist and professional NFL cheerleader for the Miami Dolphins.
She shares many parts of her life, from her morning routine to behind-the-scenes workout moments.
Under NFL cheerleading rules, tattoos or piercings are not allowed, so cheerleaders must remove all jewelry and hide or cover tattoos with makeup.
In the video, the brunette detailed her “completely waterproof, smudge-proof, transfer-free” routine for covering up arm tattoos.
At the beginning of the video, Suprenant was wearing a yellow strapless tank top as she began the lengthy process to make the tattoo on her right forearm invisible.
First, she applied a base coat to her hand before using a beauty blender to apply Stop the Sweat, $20, a clear liquid that’s said to “stop sweat and shine in its tracks.”
“Use a sponge, you don’t really care or even like a cotton pad,” said the content creator.
Next, the beautician tapped and brushed Kryolan Professional Makeup TV Paint Stick, $27.80 in shade FS26, for full coverage with a matte finish.
The product provided easy coverage almost immediately.
“Now that it’s almost completely covered, I’m going to go a little more to the sides,” she indicated.
To set the makeup, she took a fluffy brush and brushed it along the sides of the covered area to “buff and blend.”
“Pretty flawless. It blends perfectly with my hand, with my color. I love that,” she said as the video ended.
Many people were quick to share their excitement about the tip in the comments.
“They just need to get over the fact that some nurses, doctors and in your case a professional cheerleader have tattoos. Tattoos are beautiful,” one viewer commented.
“Why is it so easy? So satisfying too,” added another.
“The fact that you were able to get such good coverage without a color corrector or multiple layers of product is crazy! Take note,” praised a fan.
