There is no specific age to start cheerleading. It is up to the child and the parents to decide when they are ready. However, the recommended age is not earlier than 8 years if they plan to participate in stunts.

What is the point of competitive cheerleading?

Teams are judged by a panel of cheerleading experts on difficulty and execution.
